Our Brut Prestige has a pale golden hue with a regular stream of persistent bubbles. It is both refreshing and appetizing.

Nose
The initial nose immediately offers mineral notes of chalk and flint reminiscent of its limestone terroir. On aeration, subtle notes of exotic fruits come to the fore pineapple, passion fruit, litchee, followed thereafter by the reserve wines’ creamier scents of brioche, roasted almonds and fresh toast. A complex bouquet and perfect alliance of maturity and freshness.

Palate
Quite a tangy attack with acidity, that lingers until a creamier sensation fills the palate. A wine with great depth and complexity, a perfect alliance of fruitiness, acidity and creaminess. The dosage is adapted to keep freshness and effervescence alive, creating a wholesome experience.
