Our Cuvée Dynastie Blanc de Blancs displays a pale yellow robe with charming green highlights and a lively stream of fast, fine bubbles that surface gracefully. This 100 Chardonnay blend is wonderfully vigorous.
Nose
The initial nose brings citrus fruits to the fore of grapefruit and tangerine, then yellow flowers such as mimosa and Provence broom further enhance the bouquet. Finally we are seduced by notes of candied lemon and orange blossom. A nuanced bouquet, very sharp and with incredible precision.
Palate
The attack is lively with a soothing mineral effervescence Freshness dominates the tasting experience with light dosage playing its part. A full bodied Chardonnay with everlasting effervescence and a beautiful lingering acidity. A silky wine with an extremely pleasant texture
A long lasting finale, marked by mineral notes of limestone and flint complemented with appetizing aromas of orange blossom and even hazelnut!
