Mas La Plana
Torres Mas La Plana Cabernet Sauvignon is deep ruby in the glass. The wine juice spent seven days fermenting In stainless-steel tank under controlled temperatures to enhance the fresh flavours in the wine, then aged in French oak barrel (85% new oak). Dry, full-bodied and rich with black cherry, ripe plum, sweet dried tobacco, savoury herbs, mint, softly spiced with a mineral kiss on the finish. Very elegant with fine-grained tannins. Pour with a Barbecued Galician Sirloin Steak.
