In the heights of our nature reserve, at 1,470 meters above sea level, the magic of Pinot Noir, fresh, just beginning to mature to achieve this young, modern, expressive rosé. Once the grapes arrive at the winery, placed directly in the press and almost without using force to extract their juices, they begin to ferment at very low temperatures. A slightly intense pink wine, with aromas of white flowers, dried almonds and red fruits. Soft, delicate, fresh and natural. Just… Enjoy!
