Brilliant, pale golden-yellow in colour, with an elegant nose full of ripe tropical fruit notes, such as pineapple, cherimoya and mango, complemented by a touch of pear and apricot. Floral notes mingle very well with light, toasty, hazelnut-like aromas. Hints of asparagus and artichoke heart, show its cool-coastal character. Refreshing, natural acidity pairs with generous body to provide a well-rounded palate, and a lovely finish.
