Aile d'Argent Blanc, Bordeaux Blanc AOC 2022
The wine is medium-yellow in color with a greenish hue. The nose is pungent with catty notes & blackcurrant-leaf aromas. The palate is dry & initially combines pungent fruit with spices & vanilla. Again there is some cattyness, wet stone minerality & plenty of lingering passion-fruit. Pungent blackcurrant-leaf on the finish is overlaid by gunpowder notes & slight saline touches.
