The nose is overridingly sweet initially, then warming to floral, light barley & spicyhoney’d tones.
The palate opens in a spicy style – now fructiferous, mellow, sugary & soft raisin-fudge-y.
The finish is subtle yet sweet – detect a soft cough drop camphor/oaky hint plus milky cereals & late meringue.
